Can I make changes to or cancel my order?
All purchases are final. Unfortunately, as soon as an order is placed, our partners process your orders, pack and get them ready for shipping. There is a very small window between when orders are placed and they are processed for shipping, making it impossible for cancelation.
If you change your mind, please email us immediately, and ask for cancelation. We will try our best to help you as much as possible.

What is your return policy?
There are no returns, or exchange unless your order arrived broken, or damaged.
If the product you receive is defective, we will send you a new one.
If your product arrives broken, we will send you a new one.

Please note, the box which your product arrives in might be damaged. This is due to the long shipping distance. We do not ship in cardboard boxes in order to save in shipping cost. We pass this savings to you!

What is your exchange policy?
We do not offer direct exchanges on any of our products.

My order hasn’t arrived yet. Why?
While some orders may arrive earlier than expected time, some orders may experience a delay.

Item arrived damaged or broken
